mrsthranduil[ The docks of Valinor saw less activities these says as most of those who wanted to come had long since arrived. There were still those few who remained upon Middle Earth with tasks yet incomplete, but the figure who stood at the docks clothed in white did not care.
She was waiting. Waiting, for those who were most dear to arrive. Her appearance here was the result of an award and a favor, a gift to one who had been valiant in the final shaping of the world.
She had been here every day from sunrise to moonset, waiting for his arrival, infinitely patient despite the eager gleam in her eyes each time a sail appeared on the horizon. Her in the undying lands time moved at a different pace, if it moved at all.
And finally, there came a day that shone bright and full of promise as a sail appeared on the horizons. Somehow she knew without a doubt that her child was aboard and so when his boat docked, she stood there, tall and slender with a welcome smile on her face.]
